NaphCare is a leading provider of healthcare services to correctional facilities, seeking a Support Analyst to join their team at the Arizona Department of Corrections Regional Office. The role involves providing administrative support, maintaining organized records, and ensuring compliance with accreditation deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors and clients of NaphCare
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions to assist in maintaining and organizing files, records, and documentation in accordance with organizational expectations and policy
- Enter and update data in compliance tracking systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Track deadlines for accreditation related submissions and follow up with responsible staff
- Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Seeks resources for direction, when necessary
- Performs all other related functions and duties as assigned
Skills

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning compliance tracking systems and databases
- Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) for scheduling and coordination
- Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work and sit in front of a computer approximately 8 hours per day, talking and listening to communicate effectively with team members, visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing data/information and viewing a computer terminal, ability to work under pressure
- Associate's degree preferred
- Experience with Correctional HealthCare accrediting bodies (NCCHC, ACA), preferred but not required
