Nwestco LLC is a leading provider of fuel system solutions for retail, commercial, and industrial customers across the western U.S. They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative / Lead Generation Specialist to support their sales and service teams through proactive customer outreach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls and email outreach to existing and former customers
- Reengage inactive accounts and identify service or sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and coordinate follow-up with internal sales and service teams
- Maintain accurate customer notes and activity records within company systems
- Provide professional customer communication and timely follow-up
- Support additional administrative and inside sales tasks as needed
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, lead generation, or business development
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required
