Nue.io is a company focused on revenue architecture for AI-driven enterprises, seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage critical accounts. The role involves relationship management, product delivery, and driving revenue growth by navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own executive relationships across multiple org levels at the world's largest AI Labs and AI-native enterprises
- Lead cross-functional teams (product, eng, sales engineering, support, FDEs, services) to deliver on customer commitments and help them achieve their goals
- Manage large and complex renewals and expansions
- Sell across a portfolio of products; position the right solution for where customers are today and where they're heading
- Champion customer needs internally and manage expectations externally — know when to advocate and when to hold the line
- Navigate org charts with precision; escalate with clarity when needed
- Run tight account plans, stakeholder maps, and cadences across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Look for game-changing insights into Nue’s platform and solution set that come from our best and brightest customers, and share them with our engineering and product teams
Skills
- 8-10+ years in strategic sales and/or account management
- Consistent history of quota over-performance
- Experience with large 6–7 figure, multi-stakeholder transactions
- Comfortable driving cross-functional leadership without direct authority
- Executive presence across technical and business audiences
- Experience selling a product portfolio (not a single SKU)
- Can get technical when needed
- Bay Area / SF based
- Background in enterprise SaaS/AI selling system of record technology like CRM, ERP, or complex multi stakeholder technical sales
- Experience working with large AI Labs, GenAI, or AI-native enterprises
