Responsibilities
- Partner with customer stakeholders and leaders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements for the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite within the Acute and Outpatient venues of care
- Using your clinical knowledge and experience, provide clinical guidance and expertise to customers and internal project teams
- Consult and collaborate with clients to design optimal clinical workflows
- Facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis with an emphasis on understanding the change impact and recommending strategies to prepare for adoption of the change to reach desired workforce and workload management outcomes
- Manage and own the customer’s value measurement plan for the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload implementation
- Support the engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value to the customer as committed
- Lead customer meetings and facilitate discussions around clinical alignment and adoption of technology
- Cultivate customer relationships to achieve business outcomes
- Specialize in Oracle Health Workforce and Workload including solutions focused on scheduling, care giver assignments, outcomes-driven acuity, and reporting capabilities to improve operational efficiency across healthcare organizations
Skills
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in a clinical consulting role
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Experience with Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite or similar healthcare solutions
- Clinical expertise in designing effective clinical workflows
- Experience in analyzing current and future states to identify gaps
- Ability to recommend strategies for change adoption
- Experience in managing customer value measurement plans
- Ability to support engagement management teams in meeting deliverables and timelines
- Experience leading customer meetings to align clinical goals with technology
- Ability to foster relationships to drive business outcomes
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
