Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reinforcement learning environments for backend programming tasks
- Write backend services and supporting code using Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or Rust
- Develop thorough unit and integration tests to ensure high test coverage
- Review code for correctness, performance, maintainability, and security, providing clear feedback
- Solve programming tasks and document technical reasoning to enhance AI model quality
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team and document engineering decisions
Skills
- Have strong relevant experience in backend software development using Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, or similar technologies
- Proven experience in building scalable backend systems and APIs
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and code review
- Experience working effectively in remote, distributed teams
- Cybersecurity/SecOps experience or exposure is highly preferred, including application security and secure coding
