The role involves overseeing the American social media presence, growing the online community, creating engaging content, and managing influencer relationships to drive brand awareness and engagement in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Support in the implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the USA market
- You must be located in the USA , with a deep understanding of local culture, trends, and communication styles
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the USA market to amplify our brand message and reach
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI
- Translate website content and other marketing materials into the USA to ensure localization and cultural relevance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the USA
- Strong understanding of the USA Fitness / Sports market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers in the USA market
- Outgoing and communicative
- Passion for social media with an eye for design and image composition
- Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus
