The Simulation Warrior Internship focuses on hands-on learning and contribution within simulation-driven projects, where interns support live simulations, assist with data preparation, and engage in community-led sessions.
Responsibilities
- Support live simulations and technical walkthroughs
- Participate in scenario-based problem solving
- Help design or refine models that explore system behavior under real-world constraints
- Assist with data preparation
- Run and analyze simulation experiments
- Document insights
- Collaborate with mentors and peers across cross-disciplinary cohorts
- Engage actively in community-led sessions
- Contribute to roleplays and client-style simulations
- Communicate findings in clear technical and business-oriented narratives
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an interest in systems thinking and complex technical environments
- Foundational knowledge in one or more domains such as engineering, data science, computer science, or related technical fields
- Ability to work effectively in remote, collaborative settings, including peer cohorts and mentoring interactions
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Self-directed learning mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to engage in immersive, scenario-based work
- Reliable access to a computer and stable internet connection to participate fully in remote simulations and sessions
- Pursuit of or completion of a degree in engineering, science, technology, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity or interest in areas such as FEA, CFD, HVAC, AI/ML, HPC, analytics, or system design is an advantage
