The role involves designing and implementing automated test cases and suites to validate configurations and integrations within ServiceNow, requiring both functional knowledge and scripting skills.

- Design and implement ATF test cases, test steps, and test suites to validate configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations across ServiceNow

- Comfort with REST APIs to validate integrations via ATF REST test steps
- Build and maintain data‑driven, reusable automated regression suites for critical user journeys (incident, request, catalog, approvals, SLAs, notifications, portal flows, APIs)
- Experience with functional and regression testing, test case design, and prioritizing what to automate first
- Ability to integrate ATF runs into release pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or other CI tools) and interpret test reports for go/no‑go decisions
