Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Delivery: Lead end-to-end project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and services to meet and exceed business objectives
- Cultivate Customer Relationships: Serve as the trusted point of contact for our customers, championing issue resolution and building lasting, effective partnerships
- Master Project Financials: Develop robust project plans and maintain strict budget control, utilizing your expertise to drive margin improvements and navigate complex variation orders
- Manage Risk and Quality: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. You will ensure every deliverable adheres to our rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate and Grow: Provide clear communication on project health to leadership and stakeholders. You will actively capture lessons learned, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
- Support Growth: Contribute your operational expertise to the tendering process, helping shape the future of our project portfolio
Skills
- Substantive experience managing complex, large-scale projects within an industrial or technical environment
- A solid educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies
- The ability to communicate effectively, navigating both internal and external stakeholder needs with ease
- A flexible mindset, with the willingness to travel to customer sites (approximately 25% of the time) to ensure project success
- Professional certification such as PMP
- Valuable insight into the Energy sector or Electric Utility industry
- Proficiency in the Norwegian language, which will help you build stronger local connections
