DigiTech Resourcing is working with a Cyber Consultancy to hire a Senior Enterprise Account Manager focused on driving retention and meaningful expansion across a high value strategic client portfolio. This role involves taking ownership of enterprise accounts, ensuring they remain engaged and supported while identifying new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a strategic enterprise portfolio, ensuring long‑term partnership value
- Identify new areas for growth: international teams, adjacent departments, new senior stakeholders, and referenceable wins
- Develop multi‑threaded relationships across each client, not just the primary decision maker
- Write, shape, and manage proposals that support renewals and expansion
- Work with internal delivery, technical, and leadership teams to keep client outcomes on track
- Lead monthly remote check ins and quarterly in‑person sessions with key stakeholders
Skills
- Strong background in Enterprise Account Management, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or a technical services environment
- Proven land-and-expand success in complex enterprise accounts
- A genuine hunter mindset - proactive, curious, and comfortable driving new conversations within existing clients
- Ability to build trust across multiple seniority levels and functions
- Confident proposal writer with solid commercial judgement
- Willingness to travel quarterly for stakeholder meetings
- Cybersecurity experience is essential
