They are seeking a Senior Data Integration Analyst to design and validate data mapping solutions, ensure data quality, and mentor other analysts within the Payment Integrity team.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate data mapping, transformation, and integration solutions across multiple systems and data sources
- Investigate and resolve complex data quality, mapping, and integration issues while ensuring data accuracy and integrity through testing and validation
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
- Create and maintain mapping specifications, technical documentation, and other resources that support data governance and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency
- Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring analysts, developing training materials, and promoting best practices across the team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in data mapping, data analysis, and data integration
- 3+ years of experience working with medical claims data required
- Experience with one or more programming languages, such as SQL, Python, PySpark, or Spark SQL
- Experience working with AWS and complex, multi-source data environments
- Strong understanding of database design, data relationships, transformation logic, and data quality principles
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and deliver accurate, scalable solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
