As a Senior Consultant, you will configure and implement Workday Core HCM solutions, collaborate with clients, and support full project lifecycles to ensure solutions align with operational needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Process solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions following Workday best practices
- Support all phases of project delivery, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including configuration dependencies and integration points
- Provide guidance on optimizing usability, scalability, and compliance within the Workday environment
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment across modules and business processes
- Document configurations, create training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams
- Stay up to date on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on potential enhancements
Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and its impact on system functionality
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is a plus
