[Remote] SAP Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Judge Group is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead their end-to-end S/4HANA transformation. The role involves managing global implementation, overseeing deployment partners, and integrating SAP Joule AI to enhance business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from planning and blueprinting through deployment and hypercare
• Champion the adoption of SAP Joule. Oversee the configuration of AI agents and copilots to streamline business workflows across finance, procurement, and supply chain
• Run steering committees, manage program budgets, and enforce strict cross-vendor and cross-workstream coordination
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business process owners to translate objectives into actionable system configurations
• Drive user adoption and ensure continuous improvement through intelligent automation

Skills

• 8+ years of enterprise project/program management experience
• Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Deep understanding of SAP Business AI and proven knowledge of integrating Joule assistants/agents
