KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Consultant to support SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in master data governance, data migration, and business process integration to establish high-quality master data standards and support successful SAP Public Cloud deployments.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement master data governance processes and standards
- Establish data ownership, stewardship, and quality controls
- Develop data management policies and best practices aligned with SAP GROW methodologies
- Support data governance and compliance initiatives
- Configure and support master data structures within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Define and maintain: Material Master, Business Partner (Customer & Supplier), Product Master Data, Finance Master Data, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, GL Accounts, Asset Master Data, BOMs and Routings, Project Master Data, Warehouse Master Data
- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and clean-core principles
- Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading activities
- Work with SAP Migration Cockpit and migration tools
- Develop mapping and validation rules
- Execute data quality checks and reconciliation activities
- Support mock conversions, testing cycles, and production cutovers
- Collaborate with functional teams across: Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Manufacturing (PP), Sales (SD), Warehouse Management (EWM), Project Systems (PS)
- Ensure master data supports end-to-end business processes
- Train business users on master data governance and maintenance procedures
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide post-go-live support and hypercare
- Develop data standards, documentation, and operating procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP Master Data Management experience
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP GROW implementations
- Strong expertise in: Material Master, Business Partner Master Data, Financial Master Data, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Migration, SAP Migration Cockpit
- Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification
- Experience with: SAP GROW, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Signavio, Data Governance Frameworks
- Experience supporting multi-country SAP deployments
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, distribution, healthcare, or professional services industries
