Why This Role Matters
As the Sales Support and Services Manager for the careerzynith Vacation Club, you will be the strategic catalyst that drives operational excellence across multiple touchpoints—including on‑site locations, the careerzynith Cruise Line, and virtual events. You will mentor a large, diverse team of more than 200 careerzynith Cast Members, shape the guest journey from inquiry to loyalty, and ensure that every interaction reflects careerzynith’s promise of magical service.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of careerzynith Cast Members, fostering a culture of empowerment, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Multi‑Location Operations: Oversee daily operations across several careerzynith Business Centers, the careerzynith Cruise Line, and on‑site venues at the careerzynith World Resort, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Execution: Translate careerzynith’s strategic objectives into actionable plans for the Sales and Leadership teams, monitoring performance metrics and driving measurable improvements in service delivery.
- Guest Experience Optimization: Champion initiatives that enhance the guest experience, focusing on sales interactions, customer engagement, and conversion processes to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
- Project Management: Lead cross‑functional projects that support change management, technology adoption, and process enhancements in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with senior leaders from Non‑Operations departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Technology, to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Virtual Event Coordination: Manage the planning and execution of virtual events, ensuring seamless communication, technology integration, and alignment with sales initiatives.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure that both physical and digital infrastructure is optimized to support sales activities across all arenas, from the careerzynith Cruise Line to remote workstations.
- Creative Partnerships: Work closely with Creative teams to develop compelling sales collateral that drives engagement and reinforces the careerzynith brand narrative.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and CRM insights to identify trends, forecast demand, and refine sales processes for greater efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience leading large, customer‑focused teams in a high‑volume environment.
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Proven ability to manage operational assets, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable strategies.

- Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes.
- Background in managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with Avaya/Telecom systems and advanced CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
