The Sales Support Associate, Listings will engage with prospects, prepare calls and presentations, analyze data, and support the growth of the organization within the Capital Markets industry.
Responsibilities
- Attend prospect meetings
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of prospect meetings
- Conduct thorough and timely research on industries and prospects to establish a robust pipeline
- Systematically organize and follow up on client data and meetings using HubSpot CRM
- Analyze data of lost prospects to continuously improve our processes
- Employ advanced Google Slide and PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations for client meetings
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills in interactions with both clients and internal stakeholders
Skills
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport and nurture relationships in person and via email or phone
- Proficient creating and editing presentation skills utilizing Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint
- Excellent research skills, demonstrated by the ability to gather comprehensive insights from data
- Strategic use of publicly available information for prospecting and research
- Proactive and prompt approach in addressing tasks and responsibilities

- At least 2 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university required
- Experience in research and customer outreach, emphasizing a proactive and client-centric approach
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
- LTSE currently offers employment to candidates who reside in select states. However, this role will be required to work East Coast hours
- Financial Services knowledge (Capital Markets, fixed income, equity, asset management, retail banking, fintech, investment banking, brokers, etc.)
