They are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to manage HubSpot, optimize sales processes, and support the sales team with data and enablement materials.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with data and enablement materials
- Help define and document tactics for enterprise sales
- Serve as an expert user of HubSpot, ensuring its effective utilization by the sales team
- Analyze and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation
- Oversee the organization, cleansing, and maintenance of sales data within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports and metrics to provide insights and drive informed decision making
- Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members on HubSpot usage and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HubSpot with other systems and tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in sales operations and implement solutions to optimize performance
Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales operations, preferably in a technology driven environment
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM administration and proficiency in sales ops methodologies
