DEXIS is a company that specializes in small equipment products, and they are seeking a Sales Executive to grow sales by generating leads and building partnerships with customers. The role involves making outbound calls, following up on marketing leads, and providing customer service to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to uncover and close sales opportunities to existing
- Aggressively follow up on marketing generated leads
- Maintain necessary database entries, spreadsheets, charts, files of communications and orders
- Other outbound sales related duties/projects as directed
- Providing customer service to internal and external customers
- Generating and qualify leads through referrals
- Flexible schedule in order to accommodate 8am – 5pm in all 4 US mainland time zones. (potentially until 8pm EST)
- Be willing to travel up to 5% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 + years over the phone/Inside Sales experience
- 3 + years experience of self-generating leads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills
- Excellent Collaborative Behavior Skills
- Well spoken, organized, self-motivated, and ambitious
- Consistently ranks in the top tier at previous sales jobs
- Able to navigate multiple computer tabs/screens
- Competitive and thrives in a sales environment
- Scripted Environment – Have the ability to follow a script, but make it your own

- Polished, energetic, a hunter in business development, and exude professionalism
- Must enjoy competition in a quota-driven sales environment
- Strong communication and tenacity-no fear of the phone and a solid performance history of meeting sales goals over the phone
- Experience selling capital equipment over the phone
- Experience with following up on leads
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems preferred
