KBS Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Sales & Client Acquisition Trainer with a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry. This role involves hands-on training and coaching for sales and recruiting teams to help generate new clients and improve sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Train recruiters and sales executives on B2B client acquisition
- Coach the team on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Develop repeatable sales playbooks and processes
- Conduct role-playing sessions and live coaching
- Teach objection handling and negotiation techniques
- Train the team on lead generation and account-based selling
- Help improve conversion rates throughout the sales pipeline
- Review calls and provide actionable feedback
- Recommend AI tools and automation to improve productivity
Skills
- 7+ years of staffing or recruitment sales experience
- Proven success acquiring direct clients
- Experience training or mentoring sales teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience selling staffing, recruiting, RPO, or workforce solutions
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales automation tools
- Experience with MSP/VMS sales
- Experience building sales playbooks
- Familiarity with AI sales tools
