Responsibilities
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- You will develop a deep understanding of our unified communications solutions to effectively present and demonstrate the benefits to clients
- You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- You will monitor sales performance metrics, set personal sales goals, and work towards achieving quarterly targets
- You will provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings
Skills
- You should have experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected
- You should be able to understand and articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
- You should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- A passion for technology and a keen interest in the unified communications landscape is highly valued
