AO is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Remote Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with policy inquiries, benefits information, and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Provide clear explanations of permanent benefits to clients virtually via Zoom
Maintain records and documentation to company standards
Work with team members to ensure efficiency and compliance
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferred
Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
Attention to detail and a high level of accountability
Proficiency in the Zoom platform and strong communication skills: verbal and written
