Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Project Insight is an online project, program, & portfolio management platform. They are seeking a Sales Associate to accelerate growth through customer outreach, lead qualification, and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing, paid ads, and demo requests
- Conduct targeted outreach to companies that match our ideal customer profile
- Engage with existing customers to uncover expansion opportunities, ensure satisfaction, and strengthen long-term relationships
- Qualify leads using a structured approach to uncover needs and determine fit
- Schedule and confirm sales demo appointments
- Track all activity and communication accurately in our CRM
- Gain working knowledge of the Project Insight platform to effectively demonstrate its capabilities and value
- Support workspace configuration to tailor demos and assist with Sales-led solution design
- Conduct live and engaging product demos with a focus on business impact
- Address key questions and demonstrate how our platform solves real problems
- Help prospects clearly see how Project Insight can improve their workflows
- Move qualified leads into later pipeline stages
- Improve demo delivery through consistent training and feedback
- Report directly to the Sales Director and contribute to team initiatives, planning, and execution efforts
- Participate in sales standup meetings to share updates and priorities
- Follow structured CRM workflows and use templates and task lists to stay organized
- Take part in regular coaching and role-playing sessions to refine your approach
- Maintain reliable working hours and be present for virtual meetings and demos
- Stay engaged in all virtual sales activities and respond quickly to customer needs
Skills
- One to three years of experience in SaaS sales development, inside sales, or customer success, ideally involving technical products or platforms
- Proven ability to connect with prospects and communicate product value
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Technically minded with the ability to learn and explain software tools in a clear and relatable way
- Familiarity with project management concepts, tools, or methodologies is a strong plus
- Strong organization skills and a focus on growth and learning
- Experience in a technical call center or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree, PMP, or equivalent experience
