Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alpha Recon Technologies Inc. is a growing SaaS company that is disrupting the risk technology and security management space. They are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Development Representative responsible for generating new business opportunities and creating qualified sales meetings through outbound outreach.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and determine fit
- Meeting Scheduling: Set qualified meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales leadership
- Pipeline Development: Consistently build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team
- CRM Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM system, including activity tracking and lead status
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to support long term conversion
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting targets and quotas
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new outreach opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and targeting
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular activity and pipeline contribution reports to management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in selling to Private Security firms
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales selling to Private Security firms
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting targets
- Proficient in using CRM software (we are working with Bitrix24)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem solving and objection handling skills
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Customer centric approach with a passion for helping clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong executive presence
