They are seeking exceptional Service Technicians to perform diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, while delivering outstanding customer service and collaborating with the service department.
Responsibilities
- Channel your technical prowess by performing comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems
- Go the extra mile by installing and upgrading accessories and components, transforming RVs into dream machines
- Collaborate with our service department, obtaining work authorizations and factory approvals to ensure smooth operations and reimbursement for warranty repairs
- Keep tabs on materials and equipment used, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every job
- Deliver a stellar pre-delivery inspection experience, providing walk-through demonstrations that leave customers in awe
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an RV service technician
- Expertise in RV construction, systems, and components
- Unparalleled diagnostic and repair abilities for a wide range of RV systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and presence
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines and maintenance of a clean workspace
- High credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards
- Ability to excel in written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license clear of suspensions for 3+ years
- Must successfully pass a background and drug screen
- ASE/RVIA certifications
