RG&T Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development and Partnership Manager to lead strategic partnership development and community engagement in Atlanta. The role involves developing growth strategies, managing B2B relationships, and collaborating with various teams to enhance partnership offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market-entry and growth strategies combining B2B partnerships and B2C community initiatives
- Manage the full lifecycle of B2B relationships, including prospecting, negotiations, and renewals across entertainment sectors
- Create and oversee lead-generation efforts targeting creators and strategic accounts
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor partnership offerings
- Identify, structure, and close scalable partnerships and sponsorships aligned with brand goals
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization in media, panels, and community events
- Build relationships with local nonprofits, film schools, unions, and industry organizations
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and market insights to support campaigns and partnerships
- Track KPIs, manage performance reporting, and optimize partnership strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- 6+ years in business development, partnerships, or community growth, preferably in creative or tech industries
- Proven success in launching initiatives and negotiating partnership agreements
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in media relations and representing brands publicly
- Understanding of freelancer and gig worker financial needs
- Ability to lift event materials (up to 40 lbs.) and willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Deep ties to Atlanta's creative economy and existing local relationships are a plus
- Familiarity with entertainment production, talent management, or union work preferred
