The Remote Sales Consultant will guide clients through consultations to help them select high-ticket artwork collections, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Run consultations and virtual reveal sessions over phone and Zoom with warm, pre-qualified leads only
- Use our proven scripts and process to help each client choose the right $3,000–$12,000 artwork collection
- Own your stats: conversion rate, average sale, add-on revenue across multiple studios
- Be the calm, confident, caring voice that turns a nervous inquiry into a lifelong client and referral source
Skills
- You're a closer: warm and human, but you don't fold at 'I need to think about it'
- You've sold high-ticket before (coaching, aesthetics, real estate, luxury, etc.) and are comfortable leading $3K–$12K money conversations
- You genuinely care about the woman on the other side of the call. She can feel it through the phone
- You like being measured; a scoreboard (conversion, average sale, earnings) motivates you
- You're reliable and coachable: you show up, follow the system, and implement feedback
