Responsibilities
- Define project scope, schedule, budget, and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Set objectives, establish timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, lead meetings, and prepare proposals
- Manage technical staff, assign tasks, and oversee project documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and consultants for procurement and reviews
- Resolve project issues, track invoicing, and develop client relationships
- Mentor team members, foster a positive work environment, and perform supervisory duties
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience
- 4+ years managing design and construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Deltek, Newforma, and Paylocity
- Excellent communication, delegation, and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
