Responsibilities
- Design and solve real-world IT operations and systems management scenarios to test AI reasoning
- Write clear, structured solutions covering IT governance, system integration, cybersecurity, and project delivery
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and technical soundness
- Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of technology lifecycle management, strategic planning, and enterprise infrastructure
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or Technology Project Manager
- Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong understanding of IT project management, software delivery, and security protocols
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software systems
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills
