The specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and work with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to travelers using Ten 11 Hospitality lounges
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolve service-related issues
- Guide customers through lounge offerings and booking processes
- Log and track customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
- Share feedback to help improve services and customer experience
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate information is provided
- Maintain service standards
- Represent the company’s brand values in every interaction
Skills
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse travelers
- Basic Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with digital platforms, bookings, and troubleshooting common access or usage issues
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify recurring problems, and suggest improvements to processes and services
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, or contact center environments
- Higher education in hospitality, communications, or related fields
