IXOM Watercare is a global leader in intelligent water and wastewater solutions, helping engineers, operators, and municipalities improve process reliability and water quality. The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and execute go-to-market strategies across a multi-state territory, partnering closely with distributors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and account growth across the Midwest region
- Build trusted relationships with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions
- Manage and support manufacturer’s reps and distributors, including training and performance monitoring
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and bids aligned with customer specs and budgets
- Represent IXOM Watercare at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer visits
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM data
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with internal teams
- Meet short term sales goals and build relationships to fill the sales funnel and support longer term goals large multi-year projects
Skills
- 3+ years of sales experience in water, wastewater, or a related technical/industrial market
- Experience working with engineers, municipalities, utilities, or industrial customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized, self‑driven, and comfortable managing a multi‑state territory
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Must live within the Midwest territory listed
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, Science, or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
