- Managing regional workflows
- Coordinating with senior advisors and support staff
- Ensuring that client engagements adhere to the firm’s standards for confidentiality, valuation quality, and investor pre-qualification
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Streamlining processes
- Supporting the implementation of the firm’s proven marketing approach
- Reviewing deal pipelines
- Resolving operational issues
- Supporting regional business development efforts
- Collaborating with leadership to detect and respond to emerging market trends
- Fostering strong relationships with local professional partners and chambers of commerce to enhance regional visibility and client acquisition
