Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MBO Partners is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Technical Recruiter to join their high-performing Talent Acquisition team. The role involves sourcing and engaging candidates for technical and consulting positions, while supporting full lifecycle recruiters in the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified technical talent using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive and active candidates through phone, email, and social recruiting platforms
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' technical background, experience, career goals, and overall fit
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with full lifecycle recruiters to support hiring priorities across multiple business units
- Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure a seamless interview scheduling process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Track recruiting metrics including outreach, submissions, interviews, offers, and hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with external talent communities and professional networks
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining responsiveness and attention to detail
- Stay current on market trends and recruiting best practices for technical talent
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional recruiting experience, including sourcing and recruiting high-demand technical talent
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting within Information Technology (IT)
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Experience conducting candidate phone screens and assessing qualifications
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, metrics-driven recruiting environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Experience recruiting within a Department of Defense (DoD) or federal government contracting environment
- Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances
- Experience supporting high-volume technical recruiting initiatives
- Experience using Workday Recruiting
- Experience using Avature
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and effectively prioritize competing demands
- Demonstrated success meeting recruiting performance metrics and hiring goals
