Kaufman Group is seeking a Technical Quality Assurance Analyst to assist in quality analysis and testing of their development throughout the building, deployment, and implementation of digital solutions. The role involves evaluating new products, conducting quality assurance testing, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Technical QA evaluation of new products, functionality, and forms prior to approval of deployment to production environments
- Assist with reconciliation of contractual requirements, SME requirements & forms requirements as needed with the ability to identify discrepancies and items that need to be escalated for clarification to the project owner
- Participation and knowledge of the progress relating to all ongoing digital transformation products focusing on Salesforce refactor work, IssueQuick Workstreams, Producer Channel Workstreams, Producer Workbench initiatives, Commercial Comparative Rater enhancements
- Quality Assurance Testing relating to technical enhancements, bug fixes, new product testing, and system functionality
- Communicate, respond, and document progress on various tasks within Jira, Confluence, Outlook and Teams/ SharePoint
- Provide customer service and operational underwriting support for the implemented offices operating within the production environment
- Assist with compiling test cases for Subject Matter Expert Testing, as well as, prepping for future UAT environments
- Orchestrate a variety of subject matter experts to participate in organized testing sessions prior to the release of a new product to our field offices
- Work closely with product teams and carrier partner liaisons in order to ensure that the product is delivering the business requirements and vision initially articulated
- Establish and maintain relationships with the key product and technology development teams who make decisions regarding product capabilities and priorities. Extend this to external vendors or partner/ ecosystem relationships which matter to the product’s success
- Identify testing scenarios that will need to be automated in order to mitigate future regression
- Assist with large implementation / transformation of document management migration, process replacement, integration validation and coordination with Kaufman Institute teams in readiness for scaling training initiatives
- Assistance with onboarding of several US and Canadian offices in relation to testing
