Responsibilities
- Recruit pharmacists for outpatient clinics, FQHCs, and community healthcare organizations
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate start dates
- Support physician, nurse practitioner, and allied health searches as needed
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with internal teams to keep searches moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate ATS and CRM records
Skills
- Understanding of pharmacist licensing and credentialing requirements
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience using ATS and CRM systems
- Experience recruiting pharmacists is strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, or allied health providers is a plus
