[Remote] Project Manager - Federal Correspondence & Records Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Softthink Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Federal Government correspondence and records management program for the USDA Forest Service. The role involves overseeing project planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of executive-level support services.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract execution
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan
• Manage project schedules and milestones
• Facilitate executive meetings
• Prepare monthly and annual reports
• Coordinate deliverables and quality reviews
• Serve as primary customer interface

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Federal agencies
• Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience
• Experience leading Federal consulting or advisory services contracts
• Experience with: Federal Records Management
• Experience with: FOIA processes
• Experience with: FACA requirements
• Experience with: Section 508 compliance
• Experience with: Executive correspondence management
• Experience preparing executive briefings and reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PMP Certification
• USDA or Forest Service experience
• SharePoint experience
• Natural resources, environmental, or public lands agency experience
