Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mondo is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage product development and commercialization projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring project timelines are met.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage project timelines, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned and deliver against key milestones
- Coordinate new product development and commercialization projects from concept through retail launch, including item setup, packaging updates, and launch execution
- Support strategic business initiatives, including a high-visibility $50M product launch and new retail opportunities
- Partner closely with Brand Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Regulatory, Planning, and other internal stakeholders to drive projects to completion
- Track product milestones, monitor pricing and promotional activities, support Nielsen-related initiatives, and assist with ad hoc business projects
- Ensure critical deadlines are met while proactively identifying risks and driving solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Skills
- 3+ years of experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Experience as an Associate Brand Manager or in a similar Brand Management role
- Proven project management experience leading commercialization and new product launch initiatives from concept through market launch
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Regulatory, and Demand Planning
- Strong understanding of product commercialization and new product development processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote, part-time environment
- Experience using Instagantt or similar project management tools
- Experience with SKU or item setup processes
- Knowledge of product specifications and technical documentation
- Experience utilizing Nielsen data and consumer insights
- Background supporting large CPG brands ($100M+ preferred)
- Experience within the food and beverage industry (snacks, beverages, packaged foods, etc.)
