[Remote] Program Manager with Amazon Connect

The role involves leading the delivery of contact center transformation programs, managing project scope and communications while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of contact center transformation programs
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery
• Lead geographically distributed teams and ensure successful program execution

Skills

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Strong Contact Center/Call Center transformation experience
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder, leadership, and communication skills
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
• Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) implementation or migration experience
• AWS Cloud knowledge
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Vendor and change management experience
