Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of contact center transformation programs
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery
- Lead geographically distributed teams and ensure successful program execution
Skills
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Strong Contact Center/Call Center transformation experience
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder, leadership, and communication skills
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
- Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) implementation or migration experience
- AWS Cloud knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Vendor and change management experience
