Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cape Fox Endeavor is accepting resumes for a Program Manager to provide services at the Environment Protection Agency (EPA). The Program Manager will lead all contract efforts, provide leadership and guidance to the team, and ensure that processes are well defined and deliverables are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide management, coordination and completion of projects
- Ability to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects
- Apply experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Lead and direct the work of others
- Directly manage all related vendor and subcontract relationships
- Ensure that all staffing levels are properly met
Skills
- A degree from a four-year college or university
- At least three (3) years of experience managing and leading clinical operations with a preference for occupational health practices
- At least 2 years of experience working in and leading key program areas of federal contract(s) related to medicine, science, research, or another related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated with minimal oversight
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- A background in science or medicine is preferred
- Project Management Professional certification is desired, not required, and will be considered a strength
