[Remote] Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rencata is an established manufacturer and industry leader developing innovative industrial safety products. They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through commercialization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle, including product strategy, Voice of Customer (VOC), new product introduction (NPI), commercialization, and post-launch improvements
• Partner with Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver products on time and within budget
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and communicate product updates across the organization
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, product specifications, application guides, and training materials
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements
• Lead product portfolio optimization, including SKU rationalization, cost reduction initiatives, and quality improvements
• Serve as the internal product expert by supporting customer training, sales enablement, and technical presentations
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 7+ years of Product Management experience within industrial manufacturing, instrumentation, industrial automation, or related technical industries
• Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and managing complex product portfolios
• Strong understanding of product costing, pricing strategies, manufacturing processes, and commercialization
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• MUST BE ABLE TO DO 10% TRAVEL TO HOUSTON AND ANAHEIM
• Experience with ERP systems and product management tools is a plus
• Familiarity with quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly preferred
