Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aditi Consulting is seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about solving complex business problems through user-centered design. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to create intuitive enterprise experiences, leading the design process from discovery to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for enterprise web applications from concept through implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate product solutions
- Design end-to-end workflows that simplify complex business processes and improve customer efficiency
- Apply interaction design, visual design, accessibility, and design system best practices to create consistent, scalable experiences
- Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when designing solutions
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, user research, and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system, design standards, and UX best practices
- Continuously improve collaboration, product quality, and team processes
Skills
- 7 years of experience designing digital products, enterprise software, or SaaS applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience designing complex workflows for enterprise or B2B products
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
