They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts, engage with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for Lumi
- Talk with a diverse set of customers to understand their needs and develop thoughtfully designed solutions
- Rapidly prototype solutions, validate ideas through user testing, and refine designs based on feedback
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and customer success to design and ship high-quality, scalable, inclusive product experiences
- Contribute to company strategy and product direction
- Communicate design rationale effectively to align stakeholders and guide product direction
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex solutions across one or multiple product areas
- Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, with experience leveraging and contributing to design systems
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, define problems, and rapidly find solutions
- Experience leading user research and applying insights to inform design decisions
- Experience with EdTech and designing AI-driven products is a plus
