The Pharmacy Data Analyst role involves collecting and analyzing data to improve quality and providing support and education to staff on report data interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify strategic trends and deliver data-driven recommendations for quality improvement
- Define the scope and format of all statistical and analytical reports, compiling and overseeing the provision of all required reports, including ad hoc requests
- Regularly review and reconcile information to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all source data
- Serve as the subject matter expert to provide support and education to staff on how to best access and interpret report data
Skills
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 340B analyst experience
