As a Partner Expert IT Crewmember Innovation Administration (CTS) you will serve as a trusted technical liaison for careerzynith Crewmembers. Working remotely, you will provide first‑ and second‑level support for a wide range of devices, applications, and communication tools. Your primary goal is to ensure that every careerzynith Crewmember experiences seamless, efficient, and secure technology interactions, whether they are on the tarmac in Montego Bay, in a hotel room in Kingston, or preparing for a flight in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Device Support: Deliver remote assistance for all careerzynith equipment and applications, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and specialized aviation software.
