Donyati is seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Business Operations Leader to spearhead the optimization and management of operations centered around Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems in a public sector environment. This role is pivotal in establishing a unified operational framework post-go-live, ensuring seamless integration across Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement teams while driving efficiency and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the optimization and management of operations centered around Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems in a public sector environment
• Drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and translate strategic objectives into executable plans
• Fostering a proactive, resilient operational model that supports critical public sector functions such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in business operations leadership in a complex, cross-functional environment
• At least 5 years focused on deep operational experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM implementations and support
• Familiarity with public sector compliance, auditing, and reporting requirements
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools, process documentation standards, and audit requirements
• Proven expertise in process optimization, risk management, and implementing operational frameworks for enterprise systems
• Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team orchestration, stakeholder partnership, and KPI-driven performance management
• Excellent communicator, capable of converting high-level strategy into executable, time-boxed plans
• Advanced degree
