They are seeking an Onboarding Consultant to lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring successful integration and adoption of their software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new Bonterra Tech clients from kick-off to successful adoption
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their specific business needs, workflows, and goals
- Develop and deliver tailored onboarding plans, including configuration, data migration, and user training
- Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on utilizing Bonterra Tech's software effectively
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a coordinated and positive client experience
- Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, training materials, and guides
- Track and report on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and key success metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the onboarding workflow
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as onboarding, implementation, or technical consulting, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated curiosity and experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve productivity, accelerate problem solving, and enhance customer outcomes
- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools (Salesforce and Monday.com)
- Experience with data migration and system configuration is a plus
- Experience with Bonterra products is a plus
