The National Account Manager will manage online recruitment strategies for top organizations, focusing on developing and expanding client relationships while utilizing sales techniques and account analysis.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for selling Indeed’s products and services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing client relationships
- Manage large, complex, high-visibility strategic accounts, including public sector clients across local, state, and federal agencies
- Apply expertise in government procurement processes, compliance requirements, contract negotiations, and multi-party environments to support account success
- Sell Pay-per-Started-Application (PPSA) and other pay-for-performance solutions, with a focus on building and activating talent pools
- Identify and pursue revenue opportunities across entire client organizations to drive growth
- Use data and detailed account analysis to uncover insights, evaluate performance, and inform sales strategy
- Conduct client engagements through meetings, presentations, webinars, product demonstrations, and external networking to build credibility as an industry authority
Skills
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- Experience in an enterprise field sales environment, practicing both educating clients and efficiently closing deals
- Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories
- Solid hunter mentality and experience with winning new business in the enterprise segment
- Knows how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations utilizing consultative and solution-based selling
- Thrives in high-pressure environments, demonstrating exceptional organization and aptitude to effectively prioritize accountabilities
- Expected travel is 30% of the time
- Demonstrates fluency in written, verbal and presentation communication
