Arkadia Search Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing financial institution that is redefining relationship-based mortgage lending. As a Producing Mortgage Sales Manager, you will grow your business while leading a team of Loan Officers and have access to specialized lending solutions to enhance production and referral relationships.
Responsibilities
- Continue originating mortgage business while leading a high performing sales team
- Recruit, hire, and onboard experienced Mortgage Loan Officers
- Develop and mentor relationship based producers
- Execute recruiting strategies focused on attracting experienced Loan Officers and established teams
- Drive production growth through coaching, accountability, and business development
- Build and strengthen referral relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, attorneys, physicians, and other centers of influence
- Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion
- Help establish new markets and identify opportunities for long term team growth
- Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on helping producers maximize their success
- Play a key role in shaping the future growth of the mortgage division
Skills
- Proven success as a producing Mortgage Sales Manager, Branch Manager, or Market Leader
- Active personal mortgage production
- Demonstrated success recruiting and retaining producing Loan Officers
- Existing industry relationships and credibility within the mortgage community
- Experience leading self-generated, referral based mortgage sales teams
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building teams
- Ability to influence others through leadership rather than authority
- Experience with conventional, jumbo, construction, physician, and portfolio lending is highly valued but not required
- Leads by example through both production and leadership
- Enjoys building teams more than simply managing existing ones
- Has the credibility to attract experienced Loan Officers
