They are seeking a MEDITECH Expanse Revenue Cycle & Analytics Consultant to manage project execution, develop metrics, and support hospital billing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own daily project execution, workplan management, risks, and deliverables for HB revenue cycle initiatives
- Develop and document metric definitions, baseline analyses, dashboards, and reporting packages
- Prepare executive-ready presentations
- Lead, coach, and mentor consultants while enforcing quality standards
Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on MEDITECH Expanse technical and analytics experience
- Experience supporting hospital billing (HB) revenue cycle initiatives using a technical and analytics lens
- Ability to own daily project execution, workplan management, risks, and deliverables for HB revenue cycle initiatives
- Develop and document metric definitions, baseline analyses, dashboards, and reporting packages
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing delivery skills with the ability to prepare executive-ready presentations
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring consultants while enforcing quality standards
