Networks Connect is a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Indianapolis that partners with nonprofit, education, and community-driven organizations. They are seeking a Marketing & Creative Services Manager who will take ownership of the entire marketing function, developing and executing initiatives across various channels and directly impacting the firm's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives across digital and print channels
- Create content — written, graphic, photo, and video — for newsletters, campaigns, announcements, and social media
- Manage and update website content and coordinate ongoing improvements
- Design and format proposals, presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials
- Maintain brand standards and develop templates and design resources for internal and external use
- Track and report on website, social media, and campaign performance metrics
- Coordinate social media content calendars and publishing schedules
- Support business development efforts through compelling marketing collateral and thought leadership content
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
- 2-5 years of professional experience; internship or project-based work welcomed
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for clean, consistent design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Must be based in the U.S. and able to work aligned to Indianapolis-area time zone
