The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing compliance and member-facing communications that support health plan operations and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and finalize health plan communications ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to review and approve member-facing materials
- Manage multiple communication projects, timelines, and deliverables independently
- Translate complex regulatory language into clear, accessible communications for health plan members
- Provide marketing and communications expertise to support health plan operations and stakeholder needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or technical writing, with at least 2 years in a regulated healthcare environment
- Strong expertise in regulatory and compliance-driven, member-facing communications within health plans or insurance settings
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with compliance, legal, and operational stakeholders
